There’s no reasonable excuse for that. Only giving the 2 stars because I was able to get in using online check-in. Which according to the website, you can check-in online 15 mins until closing. I walked out of the store at 7:55pm.

Their were 3 female stylist working, all three had great attitudes, positive vibes, and and really lifted positive energy in the building. The stylist who cut my hair was extremely friendly and was absolute wizard with the clippers. She told me her name, and to save my life I cannot remember her name (I know it started with an "F"). She gave the perfect cut, was able to carry a conversation the entire time, and made the entire time in her chair the most pleasant experience I have ever had in a great clips. If she reads this review, I will be back inn this week to see you again before I leave, you definitely made a great impression on the "Aussie from Tennessee "!!! I wish more locations here stylist like her, and had her vibes!
