Although I was at 2 other Sephora's and was told this specific location had the Prada cologne I was looking for. Huge line to check out or get help. Again 3rd location-never got the cologne or to talk to a person. I will never visit Sephora in kohls again. Terrible business decision to merge with them.

When someone finally arrived, I asked if there was a plan to restock more product soon and the employee mocked me and indicated that they had no clue what I was talking about. It is not just like the popular items are sold out---everything is bare, even many testers are gone. This store is pointless.
