Total time spent in the chair was maybe 8 minutes including the consult. Stylist didn't take any time to find the edge between my long shoulder length hair and the short 2 inch hair on the side to be shaved. I don't expect perfection in getting every strand, but she didn't even comb to see where the line was. Im asking for 1/4 of my head to be done, paying the price of a full haircut, and still getting the process rushed through. Came home and had to attempt to clean up the random tufts of 2-inch-long hair left on the crest of my head especially towards the back where she didn't even clip the long hair over.

I showed her where I wanted it cut short in the back, 2 inches up the back from the nape of my neck, and then tapered up to the top which I asked to be about 2 inches long. She had the notes from my previous cut. She took the clippers with a # 2 clip on it (which is what I have done on that 2 inches on the back.) She took the clippers and went right up the right side of my head to the top of my head, with the #2 clip on. There was no salvaging my hair. I left with a MOHAWK WITH A TUFT OF HAIR ON THE TOP OF MY HEAD THAT WAS NO LONGER THAN 1.5 INCHES LONG AT BEST. AND A #2 CLIPPER CUT ON THE REST OF MY HEAD. I'm 66 years old and am now forced to wear a scarf on my head like when I was on Chemo. Needless to say I'm not happy and will never recommend this shop at all.
