- DDDollyFeb 19, 20265.0My mom and I stopped at JC pennys to return a shirt that didn’t fit, after being helped and cared for at the service desk we thought we’d as the salon if it was possible to have a walk in service for my mom to have her bangs touched up, as they needed some shaping. Karly was are stylist and she got us in right away, helped my mom decided what she needed touched up and adjusted to be more happy with her hair with the least up keep. Karly even helped my mom get her dead ends trimmed and layers redone. My mom feels so much more confident and comfortable thanks to Karly who not only is great at her job in hair styling but she is a great conversationalist. Thank you Karly and JC Pennys

About this the manager‘s name is Olivia. She doesn’t care how you like your hair or it needs to be done correctly. I paid $200 for a hair job that wasn’t even done correctly. Don’t bother with this place. They don’t fix their mess ups.

- CSChristina ShepherdFeb 17, 20202.0I came in yesterday for a new look my hair was very long and I wanted a short look, the hair dresser was very friendly and I asked if she could give me what I wanted simply because I have mixed hair and not everyone knows how to do that. I had a picture and showed her exactly how I wanted it .. it didnt come out anything close to that and now my hair is ruined because she didnt shave the back how it was supposed to be and once its gone it's gone it's not smooth its blotchy and honestly looks like I did it myself. Just very unsatisfied and now I have to walk around like this until my hair grows back...
