Excellent service, very comfortable environment. Everybody’s extremely nice and pampering. Mara does an exceptional deep tissue massage. Will definitely be back

Erika was amazing! Her pressure was perfect and I knew exactly my tight spots that she noticed as well. Definitely will be coming back. She definitely knows what she’s doing!

The spa itself is beautiful and smells amazing. After a great 60-minute deep tissue massage here last year, I decided to treat myself to an 80-minute session yesterday. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. Despite booking deep tissue, the pressure was very light. The therapist didn't ask which areas to focus on, so I had to speak up about my neck and shoulders. Even after asking for more pressure twice, I was told it would come 'later,' but it never did. It felt more like an expensive oil application than a massage. While the environment is relaxing, I left with the same knots I came in with. For $300, I expected much better technique.

Honestly, the price tag does not match the experience here. When I think of a spa, I think of a luxury retreat, but Woodhouse felt more like a clinical waiting room with the lights dimmed. The experience began in a "quiet room" that was very underwhelming. The snack options were just oranges and Oreos; for a premium price point, I expected actual spa refreshments or a relaxing drink like a mimosa. What was most disappointing was the "nickeling and diming." Despite the high cost, I still had to pay extra for basic enhancements like aromatherapy oils and hot stones. I’ve been to much more affordable places where these upgrades are standard and included in the price. The massage itself was decent, but I didn't feel the relief I expected for $500. I’ve had $60 deep tissue treatments that were more effective at releasing tension and clearing my sinuses. I opted for a shower afterward, but it was basic—no luxury-scented products or premium finishes. A true luxury spa should offer more than just a room and a robe. I expected soaking tubs, a sauna, or a steam shower to complete the experience. Instead, this was just an overpriced massage in a setting that lacked any real luxury feel or value.
