I worked in a khols sephora for over a year and a half and never have done this or have been told to rush clients out of the store when there was still 20 minutes until closing! Upon checking out she asked if i had a beauty insider very rudely and I responded yes I did have one and she rudely passed me her device to sign up for a BI. I then told her it’s connected to my khols rewards and she got annoyed and said that khols and sephora are different things in a very condescending way. I understand that closing alone is tough but customers don’t need to be bitched at :)

However, Diana was so helpful in the search for the illusive "anything that matches my skin tone and doesn't make me look orange." She was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Great experience all around.

There was no one there to help when I had a question and when I finally found someone she was rude and unkind. The registers were closed and a note was left saying to checkout at the Kohl’s register. They had one register open with a long line, so I put all of my items back and left.
