    Kathleen at Merle Norman is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful. I highly recommend her and her products, and I will certainly return in the future. This is my first ever Google review, but my experience was so good I wanted to share it. If you're reading this, I recommend you call and make a hair or cosmetics appointment asap!

    I can’t say enough good things about Kathleen at Merle Norman in Roseville! My mom and I stopped in to look at wigs, and she was just wonderful—patient, kind, and really knows her stuff. She made what could’ve been an awkward process feel easy and even fun. My mom found the perfect wig, and we both left smiling. We’ll definitely be back. 💕

    I brought my aunt in this afternoon to look at wigs. I could go on and on about the selection, and mention all the things she purchased. But what’s most important is the way you both made her feel. Your patience, kindness and understanding of her situation meant the world. She left wearing her new wig, a little apprehensive perhaps, but nevertheless a bit more confident even though the hair loss due to chemo has been rapid. Thank you for giving her the attention she needed and assisting with finding something that helped her to feel, at least for a little while, that everything will be all right.
