- NSNevada SAug 31, 20251.0Worst haircut I have had in a long time they cut my hair a lot of different lengths and I also asked for a wash for my hair and they were scratching my head so hard it felt like it was giving me a headache and I also went to the nail salon they had and it was the worst experience ever they were so hard on your nails and it also took like 2 - 3 hours to get my nails done there I don't recommend and the haircut took like 1 - 2 hours too

She has not been able to get her hair cut in a salon in almost 2 years, and Nicole was able to make her feel comfortable and safe while giving her a haircut that she loves.

They made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. They also made me feel so seen and heard as a non binary person. I’ll be going back for their services every time. It’s a bummer that they get misgendered so often though, like even the person who answered the phone when I made the appointment used the wrong pronouns. (Arianna is an elite stylist, as I think the term goes, so the cost is more than the others)
