After she finished I went to pull my hair back and couldn't and asked why so much came off and she said it didn't she just relayered it. I didnt ask for that I asked for split ends only. It takes a long time for my hair to grow out and she just took almost a year of growth off. I will not go back there which is sad because you have a stylist I really liked.
