  I placed a first time order on line with Aveda, fulfilled by the Rosedale Aveda store today, for same day delivery. After hours of trying to fix a cancellation mistake between Uber and Aveda online, I had pretty much given up. Landon (I believe from MOA originally) helped out with samples and calls and was really great, and then the order sat all day because Uber had cancelled it, unbeknownst to all of us. Anna came to my rescue and honestly it was the best customer service I've ever had. She literally fixed the problem so we wouldn't have to cancel everything and re-order, losing any first time buying discounts, and having to refund/re-order everything again and wait until next week to do it all over again. She saved the day, and I can't thank her enough for her excellent customer service and knowledge. Aveda Rosedale outdid themselves today in every respect, and they will be my first call for future orders. Also extra samples for all my trouble throughout the day were included. Thank you so very much for the wonderful customer service!

  Amazing staff, they analyze your scalp so there's no guessing what products would work best for you. The gal that helped me put a few products in my thinning hair and wow! It's awesome! Spendy but u won't be disappointed!🙂
