She speaks in a very condescending manner and gossips a lot about other stylists/clients. I have noticed her talk down on so many individuals. This is unbelievable and makes me think she is talking bad about me too. I want to make JcPenney aware of this so they can do better.

- TFTom FreeMay 14, 20225.0I stopped here out of necessity. Everywhere else was closed this particular Sunday. I was nervous going in but was more than happy by the time I left. The ladies there were all amazing. The woman who did my hair did an exceptional job. I always get what I refer to as business casual haircut and she actually did better than most of the other places I go to on a regular basis. I'll be happy to go back next time I'm in the area.
