I am growing out a pixie cut and she kept asking me "what do you want to do with this?" in a rude tone. My hair wasn't washed and she "trimmed" my hair dry, which is the worst thing to do when getting any kind of cut. I feel like I just threw $20 out the window. I will NEVER go back there again. Think twice before going there. They don't deserve your money.

Not sure the name of the lady I saw, and she was very friendly, but I would not go back to her again. Most of my appointment, she shared a lot of personal information of how she was struggling financially and couldn't afford a simple pizza for her child and was in default of a loan. I felt so bad for her, but I didnt think this was the time or the place, especially since I had never met her before. Also, I did have to fix some areas of my cut once home. There were 3 areas of long strands sticking out from underneath that I didnt notice at the salon. Also, and I don't want to sound nitpicking, but, when I entrust a professional to cut my hair, I prefer that they model their expertise in the way they style their own hair. Again, the lady I saw was obviously struggling with some personal things, and for that I feel compassion for her. But, her hair was in such a way that I felt it was very unprofessional especially in a salon and I doubted whether I should trust her with my hair. As a walk-in, I understand you get who you get. But this was my first time to this location and I wasn't familiar with anyone. I most likely will not go back.
