Now a week later, I've spoken with the Gm and manager at this location. Both were very nice and understanding. I went in today and the manager Ashley evened out the spots that were troubling me. She updated my notes so I shouldn't have the same issue again. If you come to this location. I've always had awesome cuts by Sue and Amy and now Ashley. I really appreciate the time Ashely took to make feel at ease. I had never had to make a complaint before this and kinda felt stupid for bringing it up. So thank you again for making it right!
