There was no gradual increase in length. The barber then went on to cut the top of my head, which I explicitly told her not too. She then looks surprised when I did not give her any tip. I asked in person if they have coupons she said yes, here are the places she mentioned; FB (they have no page) cards in the mail (I've never recieved one) get the app (I already exhausted the $2 off coupon) they don't run promotions, there web page talks where to get and find the coupons (that was a joke) why should it be so hard to find a coupon every three months or so. Not so GREAT of Great Clips if you exhaust all leads to find false information.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
