The Caucasian woman with long brown hair was barely friendly. She hardly said a word during my entire haircut, and when she did speak, her tone came across as quite condescending. Maybe she was having an off day, but I didn’t enjoy the visit at all. Honestly, I was just glad when it was over. There are plenty of other Great Clips locations around the Twin Cities, so I definitely won’t be returning to this one.

I think I speak for most male customers that visit the store that I take whatever stylist is available. Today my stylist was Nikki. Nikki did a very professional job. Absolutely worth a five-star rating. This location was busy with four chairs being used. I did the online reservation. The app works extremely well. I highly recommend this store if you need a quick and fast haircut that looks great.
