- RSRithik SSep 15, 20251.0If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a barber. The barber didn’t listen to a single thing I asked for. I gave clear instructions, and instead of following them, they just did whatever. She yanked and pulled my hair the entire time, like she was in a rush and didn’t care if it hurt. Then she took the clippers and pressed them so hard into my scalp that it was actually painful, I left with irritation and patches that look uneven. The worst part is the cut itself. it’s way too short, nothing like what I asked for, and there’s literally no way to style it. I walked in hoping to look clean and fresh, and I walked out embarrassed and frustrated. The lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and basic respect for a customer was shocking. Save yourself the regret. do NOT come here. There are plenty of barbers who actually care about their clients and know how to cut hair properly. This is not one of them.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
