- KKKevin Kropp2 days ago4.0It's a gamble honestly. I notice that my haircut for sure isn't the best when it's busy. But the more experienced stylists are great! And some of the stylists just seem to be on auto-pilot. My haircut is pretty simple though. My son on the other hand has a pretty gnarly mullet that requires more of an experienced stylist. I'd rate them a decent 3.5 out of 4 stars. I'd advise to pay close attention to your cut though. Especially when it's busy

When I got into my car and looked in the mirror there was two inches of hair they missed while the rest of my hair is a lot shorter. I wanted a fade and it looks like a little kid cut my hair. They were more concerned about closing and their other coworker and put zero effort or attention to my hair. Of course, when I went back, they were closed. $27. What a rip off. I won’t be coming back.

She was very violent with cutting my hair and was yanking my hair around all over the place. After many times of telling her to be more gentle with my hair, she ignored me and kept on yanking at my hair. Safe to say, I will not be returning.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
