I have a 20 minute drive to the Otsego store and there was 20 minutes before closing. One person was getting their haircut and another stylist was available and I was told they were closed. I mentioned how much time was left and at most, my hair usually takes 10-12 minutes to cut. They said in a condescending way, if have to get it cut, I guess we’ll have to do it. I knew at that point, nothing good was going to happen. Normally, they don’t treat you so poorly. Extremely disappointed in their attitude.

The negative reviews are from ppl who don't know how to tie their shoe let alone schedule an online haircut through an app that is as basic as it gets. The people that work here are wonderful. If you don't like the way your hair turned out- maybe you should book an appointment with a salon and pay $60- $200 for a haircut. Get real
