  When my friend and I walked in, no one greeted us, which immediately made the space feel unwelcoming. I asked one employee for help finding a foundation and guidance, and she looked at me as if I were stupid. Another coworker eventually helped a little, but her attitude was still disrespectful. While helping me test foundation, they did not offer alcohol wipes, makeup remover, or anything to clean my face. Instead, they expected me to walk around with makeup already on my face and simply pointed in a direction rather than walking me to what I needed. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to guess where makeup remover is located—especially when I’m already asking for assistance. I was also told I couldn’t stand by a mirror because it was “closed,” even though I only wanted to look at my face. No alternative was offered, and the way it was communicated was rude and unnecessary. Overall, the experience felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming, especially as a Black customer. The staff appeared much more attentive and helpful toward white customers. This store needs serious improvement in customer service, professionalism, and cultural awareness. Wish I can give this place zero stars! I visited this place on Jan 27th!

  Shalonda was absolutely amazing! I was honestly bummed going back because I had just been there five days earlier (and I live about 40 minutes away). I’d been color-matched for a bronzer and foundation on my first visit, but once I got home, it just wasn’t working for me. When I returned, I had the pleasure of working with Shalonda, and I’m so glad I did. She took the time to really listen and helped me find the correct foundation and bronzer shades. She also helped me find an awesome brow color and pomade that actually works for my goofy brows—huge win! 😄 She was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and truly helped me achieve the look I was going for. Even though the store was super busy, she gave me her full attention, thoughtfully considered what would work best for me, and sanitized every product she used, which I really appreciated. I came home, played with everything I purchased, and immediately knew—Shalonda is my girl! She absolutely set the bar high for the rest of the team. Sephora is lucky to have her!

  This is my usual go-to Sephora since it’s closest to my house, but I will no longer be going to this location. I can count on 1 hand the amount of times someone has offered me help while I’m there, but I can count on 2 the amount of times they ignore me, yet offer help to a white person. There’s a male worker there who’s bald, typically always working the front, yet has never said a word to me in the multiple times I’ve seen him. Not to mention majority of the displays are dirty with dust particles and no one feels the need to clean? I’m disappointed in this location. There is one cashier who’s always been helpful, she has brown hair and has a caramel complexion, she has always been kind. Everyone else, no thanks.

  i loved this sephora! it was a little crowded but that didn’t bother me! the lines for the checkout were also short and quick! it was also clean and organized! and the service was incredibly nice! 🫶
