    ***This post is directed to and ONLINE lush order not this sotre directly*** I ordered a very expensive $200 advent calendar for my daughter a few weeks ago, and when she opened it today, we were shocked. The entire inside was completely smashed, with products ruined and doors hanging off. The outside of the box was perfectly fine, which means it was packed and shipped in that condition. This is completely unacceptable for such a costly item. I called customer service and spoke with a representative named Jasmine, who offered only $15 as compensation, even though I had to drive 40 minutes one way to replace the item in-store. When I explained that this was not an acceptable resolution, she became confrontational. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she told me she would cancel the credit. I still wanted to speak to a supervisor because of how poorly the situation was handled. I later received a call from Tammy, a supervisor, who said that $15 is more than they typically offer for something like this. She refused to take accountability and tried to make excuses for the condition of the package, even claiming that “only a little of the packaging was hanging out,” which is completely untrue. The condition of the box looked like it had been used as a punching bag. When I told her the offer was insulting considering the time and gas money I spent, she also became confrontational. She told me I should have simply asked for a packing slip and returned it for replacement, despite the fact that their own messaging says they are experiencing shipping delays. A replacement likely wouldn’t have arrived in time for the holiday season. When I brought the damaged items to my local Lush store, the employees there were shocked and said the condition was absolutely unacceptable. They even took photos to send to their higher-ups because of how bad it was. Overall, the attitude, lack of accountability, and poor customer service from this company were extremely disappointing. I would highly recommend avoiding online purchases unless you are okay with items arriving damaged and receiving little support from customer service.

    Overheard a worker there today joking about causing harm to another coworker, I've been to this store many times with my wife and have never heard something like this. I called the store to report this to a manager but I just wanted to put this out there for anyone who has had a negative experience with this "Ryan."

    Was in on a whim tonight and the SWEETEST most helpful employee (sorry I forgot to ask/listen for your name blonde girl!) working threw in a free gift and made our week! We were having a rough week and this gesture helped make it a bit better!
