When I later complained, the manager called me, didn’t let me talk, said she was refunding my money, not to come back to that Great Clips (46th and Nicollet) and hung up on me! I didn’t want a refund, didn’t accept a refund and wrote her a letter telling her how she made me feel. I’m 79 years old and didn’t deserve that!
