I asked if we could take more off and she told me “we don’t do that”. I was a bit surprised since normally a stylist at any place will ask if the cut was short enough and do another pass if it’s still too long. She confirmed that she would not do another cut “because it would double my time”. I explained that my bangs still touched my eyes and she agreed to take one more snippet off my bangs. I was a little peeved and just said thank you and paid and left without raising any further issues since it was clear that she was having trouble understanding me. Won’t be going here again, which is a shame. Now I have to go somewhere else to get my haircut fixed as well, which will more than double my cost and time.
