When we arrived, we were greeted by a phenomenal male hair stylist. He was so good with my son, doing magic the entire haircut, played Tom and Jerry on his Ipad during the haircut. I just wanted to say that i was overwhelmed with how positive this experience was. Thank you SO MUCH for how good you guys are with kids. We will be back for more haircuts here!! Also, my son looks so handsome!

The part of the story that Ann forgot to mention is that for no absolute reason she picked a fight with another customer in the lobby. Why did the fight happen? Well because, the wait list was long, and the customer came in just as 2 hair stylist finished up. Ann became jealous of the fact that this customer would be able to jump ahead of the list becauseAnn son and this customerwere the only one present. Even though her son was going with one of the stylist. She didn't like the fact that the customer wouldn't have to wait. So she started yelling at the customer and then proceeded to get in one of the stylist face. The manager had to intervene and that is why Ann feels the manager was a terrible person. Ann was so out of controll that police should probably have been called. But the fact that Ann and her son were allowed to stay and get his haircut shows that the staff went above and beyond and people like Ann should be permanently banned from every Great Clips location indefinitely.

However yesterday went and she was not there and a different lady proceed to check me in but just started with negative attitude. When I asked if I can get same haircut as last time, she stated rambling their notes and different sizes and asked if that is what I wanted. Asking a customer for their notes seems bit weird and I told her I don’t know the notes mean. Then she got flustered and told me she doesn’t care to cut my hair and told me in front of all the store customers that if I don’t like it, to get haircut from two other ladies. One was a manager and she threw her hands up and rambled some stuff. I asked again can I get the same haircut as last time and proceed to tell me there is no guarantees, but they’ll try. I really don’t understand their poster…. Anyhow went to actual barber near by and got the haircut I wanted for $5 more. Don’t waste your time and money on poor haircuts from stressed out poor attitude people. Go to real barber.
