- KYKa YangOct 11, 20251.0The two girls working there just put their phone scanner on the counter and said enter your information, and we told them we already had an account. The system had issues trying to pull up the rewards. When that happened, they had attitude and their faces seemed like it was the end of the world. Said the email was not associated with a rewards account, when phone number was typed in all it said was”Kohl’s”. We told them it’s okay that the rewards didn’t pop up and they went quiet and seemed like they didn’t like our answer of nvm. The receipt said Thank you with my s/o’s name, so not sure why their system didn’t catch it, but they acted as if it was our fault. Did not converse or seemed like they care.
