I showed a picture to the lady of how I wanted my haircut, with some layers, but at the end when she asked how it looked and when I told her it looked kind of choppy at the front. Nicole, if that is her name, got defensive and loud about it. Said she wouldn’t cut It anymore and that it was due to my hair being wavy. I tried explaining what I meant, but she didn’t care. She just wanted to be done with it.

I told the lady what I wanted and she completely ignored me. She was very rough with the clippers jamming them into my head and into my ears. What a disgusting location.
