  The salon is very clean and decorated tastefully. Everyone was friendly and professional. Hai did my pedicure and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend her. I'll be returning there.

  Today, after having two prior lovely experiences at this place, I had the worst nail salon experience of my life. I came in for a new full set. Instead of having them gel polish painted ombré, I usually have them do the ombré pink and white colors with the power, then a clear coat on top. My new technician for today asked if I wanted to do the same thing this time or something different, and I said the same thing just maybe this time a different shade of pink. I assumed he knew exactly what to do. My technician was a pleasant enough man, but seemed to be rushing from the start. Filing the corner of my pinky so hard, he slashed it open and it bled for a good while. After this, he proceeded to put only one thin layer of plain acrylic powder over my new tips and then was going to use gel fingernail polish to "paint" the ombré on. I very politely tried to explain to him how I had the powder done last time and loved it. I was requesting the same thing, only asking if they had any other color options. This man became visibly upset saying over and over "Well I'm just trying to do my best here". It got to the point where when he was done working on one of my hands, he was almost throwing them back at me. At this point we are now both VERY uncomfortable. I again pointed to the chair I sat in the last time I was in and assured him that someone there HAD to know what I was talking about. He then took out his fingernail clippers, took both of my hands, clipped ALL of my brand new tips that he just glued on my nails off and says "Well maybe you should just see someone else". I immediately left this salon and will NEVER again set foot in it. I will also be telling others of this terrible experience. One of the other unfortunate things was that there were two other employees sitting right there and no one spoke up and even offered to help in the situation. I felt like I was treated very rudely for not just going along with what the technician had in mind for my nails. I was sent a text message after I had already left the building offering someone else to do my nails. Absolutely terrible customer service and thank you for saving me $200.
