I have to say this wasn’t my favorite IV experience. I was looking forward to my appointment as they have great reviews but was disappointed. During check-in, I was told that they waited for me to respond to their call so provide more info…I booked my appt over the phone & had no other calls from them. After completing the intake paperwork, I was asked about a medication I’m taking and it was asked loudly in the middle of the IV sitting area with another person who was being treated. This was off putting and I tried to answer quietly. I’m almost certain this would be considered a HIPPA violation. The assistant manager is who checked me in & she then came to where I was sitting to go through their menu. The only reason I booked this appt & drove to Maple Grove was because I saw a special they had on IG for $100 off. When I called to make the appt, I asked what the total would be and was told the IV was $154, so with the $100 off the total is $54. I repeated the number back because it seemed not accurate and was told that it was $54. I tried to explain this to the asst mgr and she told me I was wrong and that it’s $154 with the $100 discount. It was off putting and rude. There would have been better ways to communicate with a customer. I’ve had dozens of these types of IV’s over the years & I usually leave feeling better than when I arrived but that wasn’t the case. I didn’t expect the upselling and also you have a manager who is not a nurse or a health professional trying to make recommendations but did not listen to what I was interests in doing and instead kept trying to upsell me. The environment was loud, extremely bright lights and I guess not what I’m used to when it comes to an IV treatment. Normally the places I’ve done have been calming, relaxing and quieter. Overall it wasn’t a great experience and I regret not walking out before wasting $100. I believe in MN, IV facilities have to abide by HIPPA but I could be wrong. I won’t be returning and if you’re looking for a relaxing experience then this is NOT the place for you.

absolutely love going to Restore for my weekly IV therapy. It has truly become part of my wellness routine and something I genuinely look forward to each week. The staff is always incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and professional, and they take the time to make sure you feel comfortable and cared for every visit.
Beyond IV therapy, the whole facility is amazing. I use the cryotherapy and sauna, and it feels like a complete reset for my body. Everything is clean, well organized, and designed to help you feel your best. Whether you’re focused on recovery, immunity, energy, or just overall wellness, they have so many great options.
What I appreciate most is how easy they make it to prioritize your health. Every experience feels personalized and supportive. I always leave feeling refreshed, recharged, and so glad I went.
Highly recommend Restore to anyone looking to invest in their health and wellness!
