The nail stylist did not sculpt her nails the way she prefers. When she repeatedly asked her to fix the way they were sculpted the stylist was rude and condescending stating "she would get to it" but never fixed the issues. Over charged from what the stylist stated the price was. When she called to talk to someone about correcting the issues with her nails the Representative on the phone was dismissive and rude. She told to find another studio rather than have Vans fix the issues. Won't ever go back to Vans. There are plenty of other salons in Maple Grove. Avoid this nail salon.

- KSKatie SanchezJan 28, 20261.0i was just at vans on 1/28/26 when i was moved to a table to do a manicure, i sat there for 10 minutes and the woman who was going to do my nails just never came back, after 10 minutes i asked if she was in the restroom and they said she had left to go pick up her child..?? in the middle of an appointment and my nails were already drilled off. (i had gel powder before) and insisted she would be back in 10 minutes after i had ALREADY been waiting 10 minutes wondering where she was.… this is ridiculous. i also have a child i needed to pick up. that’s extremely unprofessional
