- AFAshley FDec 15, 20251.0I don’t like this Sephora. The employees are super pushy about getting your information. They then signed me up for Kohl’s rewards without my permission. If you are signing someone up for a rewards program you need to be transparent about what you are doing. The employees also don’t pay any attention to the customers in the store and you have to walk around and find them to be able to check out.

Exposed testers covered in a good layer of dust dirt and hair. Broken samples and sparse, messy shelves. Maybe they’re renovating soon? Idk but Sephora was having a huge sale on the Sephora brand products - at least tidy those aisles??? Grossed me out.
