The one I had today made a huge deal about it when I asked. Then reluctantly did a very half-assed one over pulled the cape off without asking if things were good. I figured she was having a bad day so I left a tip, even though I’m now regretting that after getting home and noticing multiple spots she completely missed. I easily could have been rude back and ruined her day for throwing a fit over something so small but I chose not to. But now I’m stuck with a botched haircut and am pissed.. I’ve had some bad haircuts at Greatclips but this one is definitely the worst so far.

I asked for a trim with a little layering, like I had it, she kept chopping and chopping! I ended up with a weird choppy ridge around my head, ear height that wasn't even!! I will NEVER go here again!
