I went to get a regular perm which I normally do and the lady I tried for the first time she didn’t get all my hair in the rods on any part of my head so there are lots of random straight strands of hair everywhere. The perm also fried my hair completely, which now falls out my scalp all the time, and is very dried out. Which never happened once until I went to this lady. Also the back of my hair she didn’t put in rods so it’s just straight and looks weird and doesn’t blend. Also the front end of my hair she ripped out my scalp somewhat so I now have lots of baby hairs hanging from my forehead. I usually get compliments on my hair all the time but now I get asked who did my hair last because how bad she did it. Also she rushed my perm so showed she was just trying to get me out of there. I spent probably near $250-300 on this and will never go here again. Really dumb I overpaid that much to get my hair really messed up for months… would give 0 stars if I could and guessing that money is gone now too.
