She didn't even dry the hair all the way and now that it is I can see why! I'll go back there again but definitely not to her. Thinking about calling and complaining
- NMNikki MorrisMar 2, 20261.0I gave myself the weekend to try to get over the fact that the requested trim of 2 inches with layering the bottom 6 inches, had her taking a full 6 inches off. I have curly hair and now have a freaking pompom for a hair style. I know it'll grow back, but I'm absolutely livid. In fact, I watched her come in for the day, say something under her breath about not wanting to be there, and her starting haircut, just before me, took her less than 5 minutes to complete (so, she'd been there less than 10 minutes). I hate that I tipped her. Someone "requesting" 6 inches cut off is A LOT to take off! She said, "I thought you said 6 inches." Next time someone tells you what they're looking for in a haircut, LISTEN and REPEAT it back.

Had to be fixed by another stylist elsewhere. Will never go back to this location. Other Great clips are wonderful.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
