- KKKatieAug 10, 20254.0I like this location but I don’t enjoy going inside Kohls because those employees have completely given up on presenting an organized environment. It’s a tornado. Sephora’s portion of the store is always friendly, clean, and tidy. It’s a stark difference between businesses. If I worked at Sephora, I’d go crazy. So high reviews for them, but I just don’t like the location. It’s just a personal preference.

I sometimes go to Sephora to get stuff that Ulta doesn’t sell and the employees talk to me like I’m stupid when I ask where a product is. I would rather order online from the brand than go into a Sephora every again. Please train your employees better on customer service
