I was in and out of the place in 5 minutes. i wasn’t even in the chair 3 minutes. didn’t even wet my hair. cut it right off my back, looks so choppy. gonna have to pay someone else to fix it. staff also seemed grumpy, never had a problem at great clips before but i’ll never go back now. Do not go to this location, i could have cut it better myself.

She was very welcoming, she asked questions to start conversation that I haven't been asked before, leading to really engaging conversations. The atmosphere She created during the visit was worth the money spent alone. Add in the fact that she's very professional and knows her job well. Suddenly I felt like I severely underpaid for the experience I was given. Huge thanks to Julia for a one of a kind experience. Definitely made a repeat customer out of me

We were then told they could add us back to the list for an expected 90 minute wait time.
