They run two stylists and the wait is terrible. I've started going less and less, and now I wont go at all. 20 minutes estimated wait turned to an hour and I was late for my next appointment with no haircut to show for it. Hire more staff.

Mind you, I checked in personally walked in at 1:00. I was eighth on the list when I came back. I was 7th and couldn't wait any longer. I think it's ridiculous that you guys don't have enough staff, especially on Fridays. When you know that they pack the schedule. Absolutely wild. Kai will not be trying to go back to this place anymore.
