As one other review I noticed, the older Asian man just rushes through each “job.” I won’t say client or haircut, he just tries to usher you in and out. With an average staff of three on any given time I’ve been in there, I’ve had him the last four times in a row that I’ve been in there. That alone should tell you how fast he goes so he gets more haircuts and more tips. The other cosmetologists take their time and do a good job. This guy just rushes people in and out. He’s a nice guy, but horrible at his job. On my last haircut, the one where I decided I’m never going back, I literally had to walk him through how to do a basic high and tight because I’d had enough of the bad haircuts. I’ve had Army and Air Force barbers do a better job, even in basic training. This guy is absolutely horrible, he even tried telling me that I was imagining that the lines were uneven. I will never go back to this Great Clips as long as he’s there. If I do go back, because sometimes I have to travel for work last minute, I will literally wait to see if he is up next to cut my hair, I will say to him and everyone else in the store, I will drive the 7 miles to the next Great Clips just so this guy doesn’t touch my head again. I don’t give reviews for bad personal service very often, but this is the exception. There has been a repeated pattern of horrible and rushed service by this one particular person, and I will not let him cut my hair again.
