Online check in is also awesome so you don't have to go sit in the lobby for 25 mins if they are busy, you get a 15 minute heads up and you head in! Even took my 5YO here for his first non-childrens hair place and it went great. Keep it up ladies!!

I provided a video with a full 360 of the cut, and my stylist was not only not knowledgeable on the style, but was cold and seemed more interested in her lunch that had been dropped off in the back room. My cut feels maybe 1/3 complete. I will not be returning, not even if an offer is made to “make it right”, I don’t want my stylist glaring at me again while I sit in the lobby. Had I gotten a different stylist, maybe I wouldn’t be writing this review; I was with someone and they seem to get a much better cut while having a much better time there than I did.
