  I’ve been shopping at Sephora for 16 years and I always normally have a great experience except for this particular location. It always feels very off every time I’m in there but 2 weeks ago I had the most humiliating experience of my life inside of this store by an employee. I called later and asked for a manager but they said she was gone and wouldn’t even give me a work email to reach out. So I called corporate, not sure if anything was done since I never heard back but honestly I recommend avoiding this location.

  After reading the reviews, it looks like this is not the first time Victoria racial profiling the customers but I don't think Sephora cares. She followed us around the store and she wasn't even asking if we needed help, just kept going to every section of the store that we were at. We wanted to purchase a perfume but it was not a pleasant experience being followed. I would not recommend going to this Sephora.

  Very odd experience… I went in for a cologne and I waited for the nearest employee to finish up with a nearby customer’s questions… she then asked me what I needed and I asked her to pull out the cologne I wanted. She said of course, then started attending other customers. Another associate came to ask me if I needed anything and I told her her the other lady was helping me. She rudely said that lady doesn’t have keys to the colognes and I was so confused cause why was she selling colognes but doesn’t have the keys to the cologne I needed? Why did she agree to help me? She was clearly working there. I felt very confused and honestly felt profiled. I came in to purchase a decently priced cologne and left very dissatisfied. I definitely won’t be going back to this Sephora. The checkout lady was nice but I didn’t deserve that treatment. I should have just left the cologne but I needed it for a present. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this shouldn’t be happening…

  Tasha was lovely! Victoria was quite the opposite. I asked her how her day was going and she grumbled at me and walked away. She wouldn’t stop following me and kept asking if I would buy product, heavily insinuating i was shoplifting. I bought my product and left, avoid her. Tasha however lives forever in my heart
