- BBBee5 days ago3.0Tasha was lovely! Victoria was quite the opposite. I asked her how her day was going and she grumbled at me and walked away. She wouldn’t stop following me and kept asking if I would buy product, heavily insinuating i was shoplifting. I bought my product and left, avoid her. Tasha however lives forever in my heart

- MCMatt CDec 23, 20251.0Just completely bad all around. Ordered a Shark CyroGlow mask for my wife for Christmas. They sent me a hair dryer. Product is sold out, so I'm out of luck. They will issue me a refund once I return the hair dryer. Fine, makes sense. I just asked if they could issue me a refund for the difference between the cost of the hair dryer and the mask immediately as the mask is quite a bit more expensive. Sorry, we won't do that. They advise me to drive to the store and that will get me the refund faster. I ask to speak to a manager, get put on hold for about 20 minutes, decide to drive to the store as I'm on hold. As I'm driving to the store, manager comes on and I tell her I'm driving to the store, she tells me that they store won't be able to process it... Seriously. So, no gift for Christmas, wasted trip to the store, need to drive to Fedex to return what I didn't order. Poor
