Throughout the haircut, she repeatedly made negative comments about my fuzzy ears and long eyebrows, to the point where it felt more like berating than lighthearted conversation. Constructive suggestions are one thing, but the tone and repetition made the experience unpleasant and awkward. A stylist should help clients feel comfortable and confident, not self-conscious. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here, and it took away from what should have been a simple, professional haircut. And honestly, don’t even get me started on her repeatedly telling me how rich her brother is — it was irrelevant, uncomfortable, and only added to an already awkward experience.

The old asian lady was very rude and got started with me without asking what I wanted and she was done in literally less than 5 mins and when I wanted some changes she pushed back and didn't do it because that's not the haircut i wanted , she drenched my hair and refused to even rough dry it and when I asked she said that's it she can't rough dry it .so I left the chair with soaking wet hair and water dripping all over . During check out , she kept asking me for a tip and I told her I wouldn't give a tip because of the experience I had and on top it wasn't even the haircut i wanted and she was like no you need to give me a tip because I cut your hair and asked 3-4 times . I watched her do this to another customer before me too .
