The staff member who cut my hair responded with hostility to my instructions and appeared visibly upset throughout the process. She was so angry with whatever the instructions I was giving and she literally handled the clipper so roughly that I felt so uncomfortable. I mean they can say that we are closed or something in a better way. Arriving 30mins before the closing time doesn’t give a right to be mean with the customers.

The lady who cut my hair she cannot understand what kind of hair style I want and even after showing the picture She messed it up and now I have a business meeting coming up and I need to redo my hair in some other salon which costing me doubled up price. I will not recommend to get your haircut in this place. It’s better to get your haircut in some other place even if it’s expensive.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
