    I got the Head to Toe relaxation treatment today and it was so nice, I don’t remember my massage therapists name but she did a really good job relieving the tension in my shoulders and neck and I had no idea I had so much tension in my jaw! For my facial I had Franchesca, and she did an amazing job, 10/10 recommend her! She knew how to open up the pores and get the extractions done with no pain at all. She was so nice and set a really nice vibe for the appointment! My face is literally glowing and my shoulders are so relaxed, I’m going to sleep good tonight!

    My experience at Woodhouse Spa was excellent. It is a beautiful venue and very relaxing. I would highly recommend checking them out. Francesca was very friendly and professional in her services. I have not paid for this type of service before so I am not sure how they are priced compared to others.

    Thank you so much to Woodhouse Spa - Eden Prairie and their wonderful staff. The restrooms, changing areas, and locker rooms are pristine. The relaxation room is beyond words — so relaxing and pleasant, with thoughtful beverages and snacks. Lily has an amazing touch for facials, and Ashley provides just the right pressure for massage. The front desk staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Truly a high-end spa experience and the perfect place to unwind and let go of any stress you may have encountered.

    I brought my mom to Woodhouse Spa recently as a treat for her birthday. We both were immediately impressed with the level of care the staff extends during your stay from the calm environment to the locker room tour and finally getting settled in the zen waiting room. Tea of our choice was available along with weighted neck warmers and other snacks to munch on. We happened to be the only two in the waiting room at the time but had there been other guests, there would have been ample space so you don't feel to on top of each other. The service was divine and I said at the end of it I would need a big spatula to scoop me off the table I was so relaxed. I will 100% be booking a future service here and would highly recommend this Spa to others.

    Had a terrible massage today. Complained about it, was told the manager would call me to discuss, no one called. I had the calming retreat and I didnt get the tension relieved from my neck and shoulders. She also told me to start with that she was "tired" when she was explaining what I ordered. She would take 30-45 seconds to move onto the next area while I'm partially uncovered. She stopped rubbing me mid rub like she was on her phone or she fell asleep. She did do a good job on the scalp rub but everything was garbage. At the end of my massage, I noticed that she turned my phone around at some point that was on the counter cause I laid it face down so the screen wouldn't light up. It was face up when I got off the table. I've gone to Maple Grove for years, it was my first time at Eden Prairie. Simon who greeted me was nice but otherwise I'm disappointed in my massage lady. I should've been completely relaxed in my 110min but left with more tension in my neck and back than I came in with. Price was reasonable if the massage was better but again, I got sub-par massage. Edited 2/13: I still have NOT received an apology from the owner or the manager, instead the owner blamed me for posting my review and gave numerous other excuses for Tori and herself. No one from the store offered me anything to rectify the situation. I paid $271 for my 110min in which Tori didnt provide the majority of the services I paid for. I am 20 weeks pregnant and work in a high stress environment, I left with more tension and stiffness than feeling relaxed. I continue to have back/neck stiffness due to the lack of an actual massage. Rubbing with lotion without working on tension areas is not a massage. Tori is inexperienced and shouldn't work in a high end (or I thought this location was suppose to be high end) store. I am disappointed that I wasn't even offered an apology, which you can even see from the Owner's response to my initial post. I would highly suggest taking your services to the Maple Grove location. The owner only called me after she saw my review, then proceeded to text at what I considered an inappropriate time to have this discussion. The owner, Megan stated in her VM that she would call me the next day, 2/12 in which I've heard nothing....crickets. This is not how an owner of a store should behave or treats their guests/customers. Due to such reckless behavior to my actual complaints and lack of services I paid for, I have now downgraded my 2 stars to 1 star. Edited 2/19: Owner Megan refuses to refund me or any compensation unless I remove this review. I am filing court case to resolve this. $271 for more pain and discomfort that I've had all week is unacceptable

Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest; therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Spa Arrivals

To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. The Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
