  They have great products and most of the time staffs are friendly. FYI they do inform you no return so i dont knw why some people complain about. Yeah product are limited whatever in the display that’s the shade they have. If you find your shade then you are lucky. I found couple of times.

  I was there on Black Friday ,2025. This was my first time went to this store. The sale was huge. The store clark was tired and exhausted. Still they were polite. Who care? I’m there for bargain of cheap products. As long as I get decent prices. I don’t mind anything else. Be mindful. No return. All sales are final.

  Thursday, 11:20am. The schedule on Google says open but the store is closed and there is no opening hours sign at the door. Zero professionalism.

  The cashier (1700870) was absolutely terrible! She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was attempting to provide her with my CCS account number during checkout, but she refused to take it before starting to scan my items and impatiently told me to "BE PATIENT!" Once she finished scanning, I noticed that not all the items promised by the store were included. I showed her the store's promotional page and asked if those items were available. However, she insisted that the price I received was already the best deal and refused to provide the gift for the 4th of July Sizzling Savings, as listed on the outlet store's website. I also requested her to link my order to my CCS account, but she became angry and refused, claiming that it would require her to rescan everything. It's important to note that I had initially asked her to do this at the beginning of the transaction. Frustrated, I paid and left, intending to call and speak to the store manager about the poor service. Unfortunately, when I called, the same cashier who handled my order answered the phone. As soon as she realized that I wanted to file a complaint, she asked me to wait and abruptly hung up on me.

  I love going to this location, Brenda is amazing :) shes so sweet and helpful everytime i visit. I know they are extremely short staffed. Sometimes their hours aren't consistent with what Google says, but I still love the store.
