I was looking for a foundation to match my skin i asked the male employee for his help and he said “it matches” simple as that no effort whatsoever, He was WRONG! that color was way too dark on me so i went to a different location with better professional help. Never again!

Her tone was that of “you shouldn’t be shopping if you don’t have the money.” This is not only disgusting but an unfortunate situation. I won’t be shopping at this Sephora again. The fact that you employ people like that is disheartening.
