She was so disrespectful and rude so I understood that she was misleading the other employee too because she asked her they used to give and what happened now and she told her that the policy has changed and she would be in trouble if she gave me the sample. please Sephora you need to put someone respectful and helpful for a customer. She is not willing to do her job properly at all.
