They even spoke to 2 other customers the EXACT same way. Really sad as we enjoyed going there. Good thing there are OTHER options in the Duluth area. Bye Bye JCPenny.

He had a very specific style he asked for and stated he wanted to keep the sides and back longer, a low taper fade. She started buzzing the sides and back and now has longer hair on the top, nothing at all even close to what he wanted. He told her this and she said she likes it better the way she did it and wouldn't listen to him. I am sorry but it's not up to the person cutting the hair. Very disappointed and have a kid who hates his hair now.
