I am so happy she's back. She is a master at coloring and cuts. She is always honest with me on what she thinks my hair can handle. I highly recommend Alia!
- MMMandie MitchellJan 2, 20261.0Took my daughter here for her first salon experience. Appointment booked for kids hair cut and an accent foil. Thinking no longer than 90 mins give or take some. First, her appointment gets bumped an hour plus and then 5 hours later she is still in the chair. IF SERVICE IS GOING TO DIFFER DRASTICALLY FROM WHAT WAS BOOKED YOU NEED TO ADVISE THE CLIENT/PARENT. This is beyond ridiculous. Whole afternoon and evening burned as we live 90 minutes away on top of it all.
- MMMichelle MathiasDec 23, 20251.0I was a client of JcPennys Hair saloon in the twin cities for 11 years.I went the other day to deal with my darkened roots.Keely recommended an all over color I believe I chose a neutral blonde she then used 20 or 30 % devolper.At first I was kinda surprised on how I had thought it would remain my golden brown blonde hair color.I hugged her and thanked her and gave her a 10.00 tip.During the procedure of my hair I asked if my hair would need to be toned ? Kelly stated your hair is under my watch and if it has to be toned I wont charge you.My 2 hour time was up.I went home and observed the top of my root area is not only multiple colors of hues , and a black patch upon the back of my head.Keeky is confident no question but I felt I needed more time.I called the saloon on Monday after Sunday's hair appointment and they stated they couldn't fet me in until Wednesday at 11 am.I stated I couldn't attend that time due to personal reasons.I asked specifically if someone else could tone my hair ? The receptionist stated no.I went to a head salon in Duluth they felt my head particularly wasn't processed enough etc.So the manager called back a couple hours later and stated Keely could tone my hair but I would be charged.Our phone call got disrupted due yo my puppies ran away from. Me.I told the manager I wasn't going back.However , after a professional consultation afterwards they stated that I should go back to the salon for correction. So I left the manager another message this am.I will be wearing a hat until. Corrections of my hair.I understand and respect it is expensive to run a company but let's be more understanding. I was told by 2 other professionals salons yesterday that my hair cannot be toned and you cannot place color over color.Makes me sad but illl will be wearing a hat I guess until I feel.more comfortable with what happened to myself as a client.Thanks
