  I went in for a consult not knowing where to begin and Nicole made me feel comfortable throughout my entire experience. The space is very inviting, and there was no pressure to sign up for anything I wasn’t ready for. I left with a new understanding of my skin (the VISIA facial analysis was so cool!) and am excited to try out Duluth Med Spa’s services!

  After finding out my insurance wouldn’t cover my GLP-1 medication, I started looking at alternatives. Every place I tried ended up being a call center pushing ongoing subscriptions. After hours of research and conversations with a few friends, I decided on Duluth Med Spa — and I’m glad I did. I was connected with Michelle, an in-house clinician who was warm, professional, and thoroughly knowledgeable about every question I had. No pressure, no subscriptions, just a genuine one-on-one virtual appointment. I was approved by the end of my visit and am awaiting my shipment.

  I had my first appointment today and received clear instructions of how to get there and where to park. The staff were very friendly and engaging. The tech who completed my treatment was informative and competent.

  So far every experience I’ve had at Duluth med spa has been terrific. I’ve worked with Jen twice and she is a total gem! She is so knowledgeable, patient and kind, and Put me at ease immediately. Can’t wait to see the outcome of the therapeutics!

  I’ve had such a wonderful experience with this clinic so far. From the very first call, the Customer Service made me feel welcomed, supported and genuinely cared about. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all my questions, make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. They never made me feel rushed or judged and that kind of kindness means so much. It’s clear they truly care about their patients as people, not just clients. I’m so grateful for the encouragement and compassion I’ve received here and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a supportive place to start their journey.
