The hair stylist, Gretta told me that she was cutting off another inch and a half due to my daughter’s ends being dry, after she had already cut it off. She cut off the side that I was the opposite of so I was unable to see it happen. She did not ask for my permission and did not get my approval. My daughter’s haircut was very choppy and her bangs were uneven. I didn’t know how much my daughter hated it until we got to the car and she burst into tears. My daughter is only 11 1/2 years old and is devastated. We will never get our hair cut from here again.
