- TWThe WriterNov 23, 20251.0Recently went here for a hair cut. Very nasty & cliquish place! Never going here again!!! The staff here are highly selective with their customers. They are not customer oriented and they went against my wish for a simple guy's haircut to then, opting to put a gel in my hair after I repeatedly said "No" to their asking. Plus, I also noticed that when their other customers at the time tried to have a conversation with them, they just acted standoffish, condescending and ignored them to then, talking among the other employees there at the time. Extremely impolite! This is not a customer based place. And if the owners and staff can't or won't improve the situation here then, just please close your doors and go out-of-business! Because customers deserve to be treated with respect, honor and dignity and to not have their personal space violated! (UPDATE:) Even more terrible, I also learned your staff leaves internal nasty notes about the customers they don't like on your internal database system that's shared with Great Clips nationwide! This is illegal, unprofessional and defamatory behavior and it seems your company doesn't give a rip to protect its customer's privacy. Plus, I personally know an innocent victim of this crime too and I will be advising them to legally pursue action against you because of it. You really a horrible company! Lastly, please don't bother replying with a fake canned response to this review. For its not needed. Instead, FIX THE NASTY ISSUES by setting your staff straight and follow the MN Legal Rules regarding hair cut establishments. Otherwise, please permanently close your doors! (MY RESPONSE:) Your auto-reply is canned, fake, disingenuous and unbelievable. Please just permanently close your doors.
