I scheduled an appointment over a week ago to have my hair done right before Christmas and chose this place because I have heard good things. When I got there they told me they did not schedule enough time to do my hair so they asked me to reschedule my perm and could not do it today. Now I don’t have enough time to get in anywhere else before Christmas. Very horrible customer service in my opinion.
