  I had the worst experience of my life at this location. The stylist had NO idea what she was doing. She ignored EVERYTHING I requested and not one time did she look at the instruction that was put in the computer. She did a hack job on my hair and now I get to go around looking dumb with a horrible haircut. I called the store and spoke to a manager, Emily but she was not interested and I had to call 7 times because I kept getting hung up on. She was no help and offered nothing to help make the situation right. I told her I will not be back to that salon and all she could say was ok. My partner was shocked at the lack of concern from this manager. My family and friends will not go back to this salon either. I should of been offered something for the incompetence of the stylist.

  I've been getting my hair cut here for roughly 16 years. And the staff is always great. Recently had a slight uneven hair cut that I didn't notice at first, but came back and they fixed me right up. Truly amazing staff. If you need that quick trim, or even something more complicated. The staff here will do you right. I'll continue to keep coming here for the next 16 years.

  I checked in online before arriving. When I got to the store, there were five employees present, but only one was cutting hair. No one approached me to confirm my check-in or ask if I was on the list, even though I could clearly see my name on the board. After watching another customer walk in without checking in and get taken back before me, I finally stood at the counter just so someone would acknowledge my presence. Everyone working there completely ignored me, and most weren’t even cutting hair. Eventually, one employee finally came over and asked if I was ready. While I was getting my haircut, another staff member openly talked negatively about a customer who had just left. It felt unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for the people they serve. As for my haircut—it was the worst I’ve ever had. I’ve gone to Great Clips many times in the past, and while it’s usually just a convenience stop, this experience will be my last. My haircut was uneven, not blended or textured, and there were visible divots all over. One section was noticeably longer than the rest, like it had been completely missed. There was zero attention to detail. The whole cut took maybe three minutes, and it looked like it. I’m not a confrontational person, so I didn’t say anything at the time, but I honestly should have walked out without paying. I don’t know how a professional can feel good sending someone out the door with a haircut that bad. It’s disappointing—you’d hope people in this line of work would take pride in what they do. Unfortunately, this location felt more like the fast-food version of a haircut shop.

  These gals rock! I’ve started doing a wash and style every so often as a self care fun adventure. They have taken care of me twice now at this one, and I loved the curls each time. And the pricing is very affordable too.
